## AI Accelerator — $999 flat (start with one win)

- Assessment of one business process — chosen together, scoped tightly
- A working pilot of that process, built on tools you already have
- Handoff walkthrough so your team can run it and judge the value

**Scope, honestly:** one well-bounded workflow — not custom software
development. Production rollout beyond the pilot is quoted in writing or
covered by an upgrade. Upgrade to Enablement within 90 days and the full
$999 credits toward it.

## AI Enablement — $2,999 flat (where most clients start)

- Workflow assessment across your organization
- Three business processes solved with working AI solutions
- In-depth AI roadmap for everything that comes next
- AI acceptable use policy, drafted for you

**Not included:** staff training (that's Enablement+), IT remediation,

## Automation & AI agents — scoped per engagement

Beyond the processes in your package, custom agents, workflow automation,
and integrations are priced after the roadmap tells us what you actually
need — fixed quote, in writing, before we build.

## AI Partner — $1,500/month

For after your package: a monthly working session on new use cases, upkeep
of your policy as the tools change, maintenance of the automations we built,
and office hours when questions come up. Quarterly roadmap refresh included.
Three-month minimum, month-to-month after.
