    We sit down with your leadership and the people doing the work, map where time actually goes, and deliver a written roadmap: where AI fits in your organization, where it doesn’t, and what to do in what order.

    Staff training

    A working session with your team: effective prompting, verification habits, security boundaries, and hands-on practice with the tool they’ll actually use. Built for your roles, not a generic webinar.

    One platform — Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT — configured as an enterprise tool: proper licensing, data handling settings, access controls, and account structure. Not consumer accounts with company data in them.

What the $3,000 doesn't cover

We'd rather you know the boundaries before you sign than discover them on an invoice. These are real services we provide — they're just scoped and quoted separately, after the roadmap tells us what you actually need.

Who this is for

Nonprofits and small businesses — typically 5 to 100 staff — that know AI matters but haven't put structure around it. If your organization already has a policy, trained staff, and enterprise tooling, you don't need this package; go straight to automation.
