Run roughly in order, typically over six to eight weeks. Each part ends with a concrete deliverable in your hands.

    Workflow assessment

    We sit down with your leadership and the people doing the work, map where time actually goes, and pick the three processes where AI earns its keep fastest — together, with the tradeoffs on the table.

    Three process builds

    One at a time, we build and deploy a working AI solution for each process — on tools you already have (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate), on your tenant, with proper data handling and a human checkpoint in the loop.

  3. Part 03

    In-depth AI roadmap

    The builds teach us where your organization actually stands. The roadmap turns that into what comes next: where AI fits beyond the first three processes, where it doesn’t, and what to do in what order.

    Acceptable use policy

What the $2,999 doesn't cover

We'd rather you know the boundaries before you sign than discover them on an invoice. These are real services we provide — they're just scoped and quoted separately, after the roadmap tells us what you actually need. If you want staff training and two more processes built in, that's AI Enablement+ at $4,999.

Who this is for
