The core engagement
AI Enablement. Three processes solved, $2,999 flat.
Not a slide deck about AI — three of your actual business processes running with working AI solutions, a roadmap for everything after that, and a policy your board can sign off on. The price is the price — no discovery fees, no upsell built into the plan.
Scope
What the $2,999 buys
Run roughly in order, typically over six to eight weeks. Each part ends with a concrete deliverable in your hands.
-
Part 01
Workflow assessment
We sit down with your leadership and the people doing the work, map where time actually goes, and pick the three processes where AI earns its keep fastest — together, with the tradeoffs on the table.
Deliverable
Three processes selected and scoped, in writing -
Part 02
Three process builds
One at a time, we build and deploy a working AI solution for each process — on tools you already have (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate), on your tenant, with proper data handling and a human checkpoint in the loop.
Deliverable
Three working AI solutions your team runs -
Part 03
In-depth AI roadmap
The builds teach us where your organization actually stands. The roadmap turns that into what comes next: where AI fits beyond the first three processes, where it doesn’t, and what to do in what order.
Deliverable
Written AI roadmap, specific to your workflows -
Part 04
Acceptable use policy
We draft your AI acceptable use policy — approved tools, data boundaries, review expectations, and what happens when someone goes around them. Reviewed with you, ready for board or leadership sign-off.
Deliverable
Board-ready AI acceptable use policy
Not included
What the $2,999 doesn't cover
We'd rather you know the boundaries before you sign than discover them on an invoice. These are real services we provide — they're just scoped and quoted separately, after the roadmap tells us what you actually need. If you want staff training and two more processes built in, that's AI Enablement+ at $4,999.
- Staff training (included in AI Enablement+)
- IT remediation (tenant cleanup, permissions, security fixes)
- Software subscriptions and licensing costs
- Ongoing support and coaching
Fit
Who this is for
Nonprofits and small businesses — typically 5 to 100 staff — that know AI matters but haven't put structure around it. If your organization already has a policy, trained staff, and enterprise tooling, you don't need this package; go straight to automation.
You don't need to be a managed services client, and this engagement doesn't require becoming one.
A few weeks from now, three processes run themselves.
Tell us a little about your organization and we'll schedule the assessment.
