# AI Enablement — $3,000 flat — Abatetech AI

A four-session, flat-fee engagement that takes a nonprofit or small business
from "our staff is winging it with free ChatGPT" to a strategy, a policy,
trained people, and a properly configured platform. Typically four to six
weeks. The price is the price — no discovery fees, no upsell built into the plan.

## The four sessions

1. **Discovery + AI roadmap** — we map where time actually goes and deliver a
   written roadmap: where AI fits, where it doesn't, and what to do in what
   order. *Deliverable: written AI roadmap.*
2. **Acceptable use policy** — approved tools, data boundaries, review
   expectations. *Deliverable: board-ready AI acceptable use policy.*
3. **Staff training** — effective prompting, verification, security
   boundaries, hands-on practice. *Deliverable: trained staff with reference
   materials.*
4. **Platform setup** — one platform (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT)
   configured as an enterprise tool: licensing, data handling, access
   controls. *Deliverable: one enterprise AI platform, configured correctly.*

## Not included ($3,000 doesn't cover)

- Custom automation and AI agent development
- IT remediation (tenant cleanup, permissions, security fixes)
- Software subscriptions and licensing costs
- Ongoing support and coaching

These are scoped and quoted separately, after the roadmap shows what you
actually need.

## Who it's for

Nonprofits and small businesses, typically 5–100 staff, that know AI matters
but haven't put structure around it. You don't need to be a managed services
client, and this engagement doesn't require becoming one.
